Return & Exchange Policy


EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE~

Your purchase may be eligible for exchange as per below criteria:
 
* Isyachi is eligible for exchange for size related issues, within 7 days of delivery if original packaging and tags are intact & the product is not used or washed. 
* If the product has a defect, it will be inspected at our workshop and exchanged accordingly.

If your purchase meets the exchange criteria above, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery via any of the following channels:

* For Damage/quality issues, please provide an image of the defect & keep all the packaging, tags etc attached otherwise exchange would not be possible
* In case of garment size exchange, please additionally mention purchased size, the problem faced with the size and the new size requirement.

No Returns / No Refund

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refund once the product has been sold.
  • As our styles are made to order, each piece is crafted specifically for each customer, so we encourage careful selection before purchase.
  • No Refund

Replacement should be raised within 24 hours and the replaced product will be delivered within 5-7  days

INTERNATIONAL RETURN

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at isyachistore@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Refund on international orders do not include duties, taxes and tariffs paid by customer.
