EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND

We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know. We will be happy to exchange the purchase with equivalent or higher value product in exchange of the difference value paid. The refund will be processed and is only applicable if you reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the order. 

An online credit coupon is a digital credit note which you can avail in lieu of merchandise exchange on our website. This coupon is valid for 30 days on a single purchase. Please apply this coupon at checkout to avail the discount. Please note the coupon is applicable on a cart value equal to or higher than the coupon value. Any cart value exceeding the coupon amount will be borne by you.

Merchandise bought on discount is considered as final sale, and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange.

In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the discount when the order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.

None of the orders once placed, can be refunded. In Case of return; the custom has to take care of the logistics.

 Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering. Please email us for the same. We will issue the refund within 4-7 working days post cancellation.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at isyachistore@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Refund on international orders do not include duties, taxes and tariffs paid by customer.
